What do I need to start an account?

All you need to do is register for a free account! 

Part of the registration, you will need to provide us with your contact information and sign a Power of Attorney (POA) document. This allows our customs broker to clear the goods into Canada on your behalf. 

If you are importing goods for business purpose, then you must select the business account and have your importer number ready. There will be $5 one-time fee for setting up the business account with the broker and it will take up to 10 business days for our broker to set up your account before you can start importing goods.
