How do I pick up my package?

You'll get a copy of your order sheet by email after you pay.
This will show you what shipments are ready to be picked up. In addition to that, it'll tell you which branch to visit.

Simply go to the branch where your item is. Show your order sheet to the branch representative, and they'll scan the barcode on the order sheet and give you your packages.

If you can't pick up the item yourself, you can give a copy of the order sheet to a friend or family member.

For security reasons, clients will not be allowed to pick up packages without showing a digital or hard copy of the order sheet.
