Storage Fee Guide
PARCELS (small packages)
Free storage for up to 30 days.- 15 days free storage while the shipment is in the US- 15 days free storage while the shipment is in Canada
When the shipment reaches the
16th day in the US, a fee of
1CAD per day will be charged for up to 15 days. If the shipment is still in "ACTION REQUIRED" after 15 days, it will be sent to disposal. Disposal of shipments will also be charged
2.50CAD+tax.

FOR PALLET SHIPMENTS
Free storage for up to 14 days.- 7 days free storage while the shipment is in the US- 7 days free storage while the shipment is in Canada
When the pallet reaches the 8th day in the US, a fee of 10CAD per day will be charged for up to 15 days. If the shipment is still in "ACTION REQUIRED" after 15 days, it will be sent to disposal. Disposal of shipments will also be charged 2.50CAD+tax.
