How to use your US address
After signing up, you’ll have to login to your account to get the free US address. You can access this by simply clicking on the tab that says “My US Address”.
Use this address to place an order from your favorite US based merchants. Make sure that you type the address as is and do not modify any info. Make sure that you check our list of prohibited items before placing an order.After placing the order, you’ll just have to wait for the shipment to arrive at our US facility.
You will also receive a notification email as soon as your order arrives at our facility.

Send all items to this address to be received and processed by our team. You will be notified once your item has arrived at our facility.
- Please check our list of prohibited items before placing an order.
- This is a Business address, our New York warehouse will only receive packages Monday through Friday from 9am EST to 5pm EST and our Washington address will be receiving packages from 9am PST to 3:00pm PST. Both locations will be closed on federal holidays.
- Please note that there is a $2.50 service charge to each package that does not have BOTH the client SHP# and the name on file in the account (either business or the client name on file).
- In the event that you are not able to enter the SHP# account number in the name field because the vendor restricts it, you can enter it in the second line of the address field.
