• Return Policy: Currently, Shippsy cannot return shipments to the country of purchase. Returns can only be made to US-based retailers, and additional costs may apply. If you're buying from countries like China, Australia, or Japan, please check our list of Prohibited Items or contact our customer service team for assistance.
• Taxes and Duties: Please be aware that CBSA taxes and duties will apply to your purchases. Our broker only honors the CUSMA agreement (Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement). If you are a business or importing high-value items and wish to utilize "Duty Drawbacks," you will need to engage your own broker, as Shippsy can only assist with imports from Canada, the USA, or Mexico.
