Can someone else pick up my package?

Yes. A friend or family member can pick up your package for you, as long as they show your order sheet at the pickup counter. The easiest way is to use Send order sheet to share it with them as a link. It always shows the full barcode, so there's no need for screenshots, which can cut off the barcode and leave it unscannable.

How to send your order sheet

1. Tap Send order sheet. Log in to Shippsy and go to Pickup Information. Under Someone else picking up?, tap Send order sheet, then send the link by text message, email, a chat app, or copy the link.
2. They open the link on their phone. No login is needed. The link shows your barcode, the pickup branch address, and its hours, plus a button for directions.
3. They show it at the pickup counter. Our team scans the barcode on their phone and hands over your package.

Once the package is picked up, the link closes automatically. If you sent it to the wrong person, you can turn the link off anytime from Pickup Information.

What your friend needs to bring

Your friend only needs the order sheet, either the shared link on their phone or a printed copy. You can also download the order sheet from Pickup Information or forward the order sheet email we send after you pay.

For security reasons, we can't release packages to anyone, including you, without a digital or printed copy of the order sheet. Only share it with someone you trust, since anyone holding it can collect your package.
