Requesting photos of your package contents
Not sure what arrived? Request content photos from our US warehouse for $2.50 and see the photos on your shipment within 2 business days.
How to request photos
- Open the shipment from your dashboard.
- Click Request content photos (available while the shipment is at our US facility and doesn't already have photos).
- Confirm the charge — a $2.50 fee (plus tax) applies per request.
Photos can take up to 2 business days to appear on your account. When they're ready, you'll get an Image Uploaded notification, and the photos show up in the shipment's details under Content Photos.
Good to know
- Photos are taken by our warehouse team when they open the package; items are placed back in the original box afterwards.
- If a shipment already has photos, you'll see them in the shipment details — no need to request again.
- Shippsy and CBSA always have discretion to open and inspect shipments as part of normal processing — see Do you inspect/open packages?
