Your Shippsy account has a credit balance that works like a wallet: whenever you pay for a shipment, storage fee, or any other charge, your credits are used first and only the remainder goes to your card.
How to add credits to your account
Top up your Shippsy credit balance by credit card or PayPal. Credits are applied to every payment first, before your card is charged.
Adding credits
- Go to Payments in the sidebar.
- Your Available Credit is shown at the top. Click Add Credit.
- Choose the card to charge, enter an amount (up to $10,000), and confirm.
You'll get a Credits Invoice email with a PDF receipt for every top-up. You can also top up with PayPal from the same page.
How credits get used
- Credits are applied automatically to every charge — shipment payments, storage fees, mail-out postage, photo requests. The payment confirmation always shows the amount after credits.
- Referral rewards and coupon credits land in the same balance. See What qualifies as a referral?
- Credits never expire. They're also non-refundable once added — see Do you do refunds on the account credits?
Where to see your history
The Payments page has your full Transaction History — every credit added and every charge, with a running balance, downloadable as a CSV, plus monthly PDF invoices. See Understanding your transactions and invoices.
