Using the Shippsy mobile app
The Shippsy app for iOS and Android gives you your US address, declarations, payments, and pickup barcodes on the go, with push notifications.
What the app is great for
- Push notifications the moment a package arrives at our US facility or is ready to pay in Canada — allow notifications when the app asks.
- Paying on the go: tap the shipments you want to pay, then Complete Payment.
- Pickup barcode: after paying, your order's barcode is right on your phone — show it at the branch instead of a printed order sheet.
- Copying your US address while you shop on US sites.
- Declaring items: snap a photo of your invoice or upload the PDF and let the app pre-fill your declaration — see Declare faster with invoice upload.
Signing in
Use the same email and password as the website — or Google, Facebook, or Apple sign-in. If you use a password manager, your saved Shippsy login autofills in the app too. 2-Step Verification works the same as on the web.
Good to know
- The app updates itself automatically — no manual updates needed for most improvements.
- Invoices and order sheets you download in the app open in your phone's file viewer and can be shared from there.
